Barnes Sump Pumps

Designed with upper and lower ball bearings and a heavy-duty cast iron vortex impeller, the SP33 and SP50 are further enhanced by a stainless steel shaft and Type 21 silicon carbide seals for durability and long life. These sump pump models also feature automatic thermal overload protection and a permanent split capacitor motor with upper and lower ball bearings for longer motor life, greater starting torque and lower amp draw. A piggyback-mounted switch eliminates the need to pull the pump to check for pump failure and can easily be replaced, saving time and money. Adjustable vertical or swing floats are available to accommodate varying conditions.

Another characteristic of the SP33 and SP50 is their interchangeability with competing sump pump models. The Barnes pump models require no plumbing changes when replacing most competitors’ pumps.

With 1/2 inch spherical solids capability, the SP33 and SP50 feature maximum flow rates to 50 gpm and 66 gpm, respectively, and shut off heads to 30 TDH. Compact construction makes these pumps capable of fitting into 5-gallon buckets or tray systems. The SP sump models are CSA third party approved and offer 12-month limited warranties.

The Power Patrol™ and the Power Patrol™ Plus+ & will automatically provide power to the main sump pump during any power outage.

How It Works

The Power Patrol™ is the combination of an inverter and battery charger. It is ideal for homes where the power supply may be disrupted from time to time. It can be used in any emergency as a power back up during unforeseen storms, rolling black outs or other power outages. Once installed, the Power Patrol™ will provide you with continuous power allowing you to run your sump pump or other necessary items.

The Power Patrol™ will require connections from the AC power inpout (110 V AC), usually from your household incoming powerline (common outlet), and DC power form the battery.

Once properly connected the Power Patrol™ will automatically sense both inputs. When AC power is available, the system will provide AC power from the house hold incoming power supply. As soon as the power is disrupted the Power Patrol™ will instantly activate the system and convert DC power from the battery to AC power. Once power is restored, the Power Patrol™ will go back to the AC supply and at the same time charge back the battery to full capacity for the power that has been used during the power outage

This circular pump liner that other waterproofing companies continue to use is simply not aesthetically pleasing and effective…Our answer to this out-of-style look and function is the “Bull Dog™”.

Your basement was built level, plumb and square – not circular. Historically, a sump pump is located on a straight wall or in a corner. Doesn’t it make sense to install a sump pump that fits snugly and attractively in your basement and emulates the building product look? – not a sump pump!

Submersible Sump Pumps

Most waterproofing systems are done on the inside of the home. When interior drainage systems are installed, they need a central ejection device – a way to get the water from the basement to the outside of the home. The Water Grabber® Bull Dog™, is the heart and lungs of our Water Trek Aqua Route® perimeter system. The Water Grabber® Bull Dog™ consists of a radon sealed polyethylene basin with a split lid. We use ¾” gravel to surround the basin to be help filter the water. The pumping device is a Barnes 1/3 H.P. cast iron pump rated at approximately 3,000 gallons pr hour and will pump up to ½” solids, with optional ½ and ¾ H.P. readily available for real problem water..

Independent tests indicate that the Barnes pump is the best in the industry.

Over the years Integra Clean & Dry L.L.C.’s Basement Technologies, Inc., has recognized an unforeseen potential problem…a plumbing pipe burst or leak. Our waterproofing systems will solve any ground water problem – but what bout a broken plumbing pipe? Our Water Grabbers® come with a sealed lid so gas and bugs do not get out, and kids cannot get in.

To solve an unforeseen plumbing problem we are now installing a specialty drain in front of each of our Water Grabber® installations. The drain will be countersunk into the concrete in front of the Water Grabber® sump. This special drain will not let gas or bugs into the living space and, at the same time, protect your basement from potential pipe bursts.
